The Milestone 3-Year Opt-In Support For XProtect Professional Camera License is a software upgrade plan for your existing XProtect Professional VMS camera license that lapsed in SUP coverage. The camera license provides support for a single camera attached to your system. Each camera requires a SUP for your system to remain up to date.
Please note that your original camera license does not expire; however, support for upgrades and updates requires an active SUP, which this support license provides if you allowed your previous SUP to expire or if you did not purchase a SUP with your original base license.

This item requires the prior purchase of Milestone software. Purchasers will be contacted by a customer service representative to confirm the serial license codes of the required software.

Returns
We are not able to control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
